Who we are?

About Us

KFDW organization was established on JUne 27, 2018. The KFDW organization aims to empower Pakistani farmers and support other NGOs in agriculture, fisheries, livestock aquaculture, etc. Our team of seasoned professionals provides technical expertise, acting as a bridge between diverse stakeholders. Driven by the mission of poverty alleviation through sustainable development, our dedicated staff, including volunteers, contributes immensely to capacity building and wealth creation for disadvantaged communities.

Governance:

Guided by a 34-member General Committee representing various societal sectors, the KFDW organization adheres to transparency and accountability. This committee convenes annually at the AGM to review budgets, progress reports, and audit findings, offering valuable guidance for organizational advancement. Day-to-day operations are managed by a nine-member Executive Committee, led by the Chief Executive Officer.

Leadership:

Muhammad Hafeez, a renowned veterinarian and Associate Professor at Karachi Agricultural University, steers the KFDW organization as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. His dedication and expertise are fundamental to the organization’s success.

Structure:

Following a well-defined organizational chart, the KFDW organization ensures the responsible execution of activities. Field personnel implement program plans with meticulous attention to quality standards. Clear lines of authority and communication prevail, fostering efficient collaboration.

Enhancing the scope of community development as a whole, “AgroAidFoundation” pro-poor programmes are designed properly to cater to the beneficiaries covering the wide range of population in light of the Millennium Development Goals.
