Livestock Development Program (LDP):
The Foundation is primarily dedicated to collaborating with rural women, individuals facing unemployment, and impoverished or landless farmers, aiming to transform their livelihoods by augmenting rural family income. Within the framework of our Livelihood Development Program (LDP), we extend a comprehensive array of services and training initiatives designed to empower and uplift the designated beneficiaries.
Services:
- A program centered around community-based treatment of animals and poultry for diseases has been implemented, aiming to provide guidance to farmers and administer treatment for their animals and poultry through convenient mobile calls.
- Additionally, mobile artificial insemination services are offered as part of this comprehensive initiative.
- The program also includes a thorough deworming and vaccination regimen to ensure the well-being of the livestock.
- It encompasses a pregnancy diagnosis component, enhancing the overall scope and effectiveness of the agricultural and animal husbandry support system.
Training:
- A comprehensive program aimed at the fattening of beef cattle is in place, focusing on enhancing the overall well-being and productivity of the livestock.
- Additionally, fundamental training in para-veterinary skills is provided, encompassing a wide range of common issues encountered in the care of animals and poultry.
- Furthermore, specialized attention is given to the management practices associated with the health of dairy animals, ensuring optimal conditions for their growth and performance.
- The program also delves into the intricacies of goat rearing management practices, fostering a holistic understanding of the nuances involved.
- Moreover, an emphasis is placed on the meticulous management practices associated with indigenous chickens, as well as broiler and layer farming, to cultivate a thorough knowledge base in poultry farming.
